C.A.R.E.-PRO

C.A.R.E.-Pro, or Caregiving Awareness through Resources and Education for Professionals, was funded by a grant from the Administration on Aging (AoA) to conduct a project in support of the National Family Caregiver Support Program (NFCSP). C.A.R.E.-Pro is a cooperative venture with ASA and AoA. In this venture ASA is collaborating with the American Nurses Association, the American, Occupational Therapy Association and the National Association of Social Workers. This agreement will provide training to increase the skills and knowledge of nurses, occupational therapists and social workers, providing needed services to family caregivers through e-learning.
