Introduction
In developing your programs for awareness building, screening and
community action, answering a few key questions will increase your
chances for success:
- What do you want to accomplish?
- Who is the audience?
- What do you want to say to your audience and how often?
- How do you get from the plan to the program?
To see how these questions can help you organize a program, let's walk
through a couple of exceptional programs: a screening program developed
by the American Venous Forum (AVF) and the American Vascular Association
(AVA), and an informational campaign developed by Fairmont General
