*Members of the American Society on Aging (ASA) and approved Partner Organizations are eligible for the member rates.

Registration Deadlines

Early: August 25, 2009
ONLINE, MAIL or FAX registration and payment received.

Late: August 26, 2009 – September 7, 2009
ONLINE registration only; No mailed or faxed registrations after this date.

On Site: September 8-11, 2009
Online and On-site registration will be open.

On-Site Registration Hours
On Site registration will be open each day of the conference from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Do you have special needs?
The conference site is ADA accessible. ASA can arrange for individual needs in accommodations or conference programming if informed in advance of your needs. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form. ASA’s conference staff will contact you.

GROUP DISCOUNTS

ASA makes excellent, cost-effective staff training even more accessible by offering special discounts for groups. ASA organizational members and partner organizations take 10% off member rates for 10 or more intensives. Non-member organizations take 10% off non-member rates for 10 or more intensives. Group registrations are for individuals from the same agency or organization and must be submitted together and paid for with a single check, credit card or purchase order. Orders for group registrations must be received by August 21, 2009.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your registration fees, less a $35 administrative fee, will be refunded for cancellation requests received in writing by August 25, 2009.  There will be no refunds after this deadline. Send requests in writing to cancellations@asaging.org.  
*If an intensive you have chosen is cancelled, you will be given your choice of another intensive or the equivalent refund.  All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the conclusion of the East Coast Conference on Aging.
