2009-2010 Program
As a distinguished and much-needed contribution to the field of aging, the New Ventures in Leadership program has been the proud recipient of funding from business enterprises and foundations who value the development of leaders from communities of color in the national aging arena. For the class of 2009-2010, we have thus far secured scholarship funding for NVL Partners who are interested in pursuing leadership in two specific topic areas within the field of aging: (1) health and wellness and (2) civic engagement. Additionally there is one scholarship available for an individual from the Cleveland, Ohio area. Other topic areas for scholarship consideration may develop as we secure additional scholarship funding. Please visit the application website for updates. |
