Booth Specs, Reservations & Payment
Services included in booth fee are standard 8' x 10' exhibit space, backdrop
and siderails, 7" x 44" sign, and 24-hour security. Exhibitors are responsible for
renting all furnishings.
Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis, and every
attempt will be made to accommodate special needs. Simply complete the
Exhibitor's Agreement (online or in PDF). Payment in
full must be received when application is made to ASA. Make checks
payable to ASA.

Cancellations & Refunds
No
cancellation of space contract will be accepted or refunds made
after December 31, 2005. ASA reserves the right to cancel
space reservations if the full amount of the rental charge has
not been received within the specified time. Further, any space
not claimed or occupied, or for which special arrangements have
not been made prior to 1:00 pm the day of official opening, will
be reassigned without refund.

Shipping
instructions and additional information will be included in your
Exhibitor Kit that will be mailed in February. Rental of booth
furnishings, special sign services and labor will be handled by:

The headquarters hotel for the 2006 NCOA-ASA Joint Conferenceis the
Hilton Anaheim. ASA has reserved rooms at a
special discounted rate.
