Effectiveness of Programming in Meeting the Needs of a Multicultural Population - Describe how the multicultural group or groups whose needs the program addresses benefited from the program or service. Describe how quality and effectiveness is defined and measured for your program. Explain how the benefits have been measured, and provide at least one measurable outcome of the program.

Consumer and Volunteer Involvement (1500 characters) - Describe how consumers and volunteers were involved in the design, governance or administration of the program.
Lessons Learned (1500 characters) - Summarize the lessons you learned in developing this program and advice you would give to others who may wish to replicate your program. Describe any barriers encountered in developing and implementing the program and the strategies used to surmount these obstacles.
