Brain Health Poll
Sponsored by the MetLife Foundation

Attitudes and Awareness of Brain Health Poll

Attitudes and Awareness of Brain Health is a national public opinion poll commissioned by t American Society on Aging, with support from MetLife Foundation. Its purpose was to determine what Americans think about brain health—can it be improved, do people know what to do and, if so, are they using the information available to stay mentally fit. Harris Interactive conducted the national survey of more than 1,000 Americans ages 42 and older. In addition to the poll findings, seven leading professionals in the research, policy and practice communities reviewed the data and commented on the findings to outline an agenda for action.
