Quick Question: What tools and resources do you need to lead the way in your work/profession?

Last week we asked what you tools and resources you needed to be a better leader. The majority of people responded that they needed more opportunities for face-to-face professional education programs with national and international peers and experts. (I think you know what we're going to say next: Are you planning to attend the 2013 Aging in America Conference? Registration will open in October!) Affordable continuing education programs that you can access on your schedule also ranked high (check out our web seminars -- many include CEUs for free!)

The September/October issue of Aging Today includes an In Focus section asking, Where Are Tomorrow's Leaders. Respected authorities including Monsignor Charles Fahey, Ken Dychtwald and Robyn Golden, share their insights into the future of leadership within the field of aging.
