As the new Administration begins, you are invited to join ASA leaders for a conversation about the potential risks to programs that older adults and their families care about. The ASA Roundtable will be a great opportunity to learn from experts about strategies that key players are considering to protect the programs and the supports for older adults, especially those with low-income.

In 2017 the stakes could not be higher for older adults. The new leadership in Washington, DC is promising to dramatically reform and reduce the safety net on which older adults rely. Services funded through the Older Americans Act, such as Meals on Wheels, adult day care, and information assistance, could all be targeted. Significant changes in the Affordable Care Act could impact how care is delivered through Medicare and Medicaid.

Will older adults have the opportunity to live with dignity regardless of financial circumstances – free from the worry, harm and injustice caused by lack of employment training, health care, food or a safe place to sleep and access to services.

We invite you to join our outstanding speakers on February 7th!
