No cost for registration. $25 for those request CEU and CME credit.

At the conclusion of this webinar, participants should be able to:

1. Identify and apply best practices in diabetes and nutrition to diagnose and treat patients;

2. Apply practical strategies for incorporating best practices with diverse older patients in their practice;

3. Demonstrate effective communication skills regarding best practices for low-literacy and language-diverse elders and their families.

The presentational method for this activity will be lecture, case presentation, panel, and Q & A period. The activity content is geared toward physicians and other primary care providers working with elders and their families from diverse cultural backgrounds. Other health and social service providers interested in this topic are also welcome to attend.
