Group Registration Policy and Instructions

Individuals from the same organization or agency sending five or more attendees to the conference are eligible for a group discount of five to 10 percent. Groups must register offline by completing an individual registration form for each member of the group.To qualify for the discount, organizations must make one payment and create a single order. Please follow the simple instructions below to complete your group registration:

• Click here to download the registration form. Type the information for each participant into the fillable PDF form and print it.
• When completing all forms at once, you may refer to the first page of the form to avoid repeating information such as the agency’s address that is the same for every attendee.
• On a separate page, designate a “group billing contact” (with email address) and list the members of the group. Also remember to include all names of group registrants on the purchase order.
• Fax, email or mail the registration order to the address/fax number listed on the form, making sure that ASA receives it (or it is postmarked) by the rate deadline listed under “Registration Fees.” You must include credit card information, a check or a purchase order for the group registrations to be processed (one payment per group is required for the discounts noted below).
• If paying by credit card, please mail or fax your form; do not email forms with credit card details since ASA cannot be responsible for the security of information sent by email. You may also phone in credit card information, if you prefer, once your form has been received. Call 415-974-9600. 

Discounts for Group Registrations

• Groups of five to nine registrants will be given a 5% discount on conference registration fees. (Presenters and volunteers count toward the five-person group minimum but their fees are already discounted so they do not receive an additional 5% off fees.)
• Groups of 10 or more registrants will be given a 10% discount on conference registration fees. (Presenters and volunteers count toward the 10-person group minimum but their fees are already discounted so they do not receive an additional 10% off fees.)
• ASA organizational members may register up to six designated group members using membership IDs (three may use the organization ID and three may use their individual IDs) to receive ASA member rates. Please contact membership@asaging.org with questions about membership IDs and eligibility. •
