Nutritional intervention is a key component to warding off chronic disease.  Eating a well-balanced diet and choosing whole foods can help support brain health and brain promotion.  We understand that our diet can impact nearly every chronic condition, but it can impact our brain health in important ways as well.  Eating more foods that contain high levels of phytonutrients, antioxidants and omega 3 fats can boost your cognitive health. This webinar will focus on the benefits of eating whole foods and the importance and power of nutrition for brain health.  The benefits of a Mediterranean diet and the connection between whole food nutrition and emotional stability will also be covered.

Participants in this web seminar will be able to:

  • Understand how eating and lifestyle patterns can help to shape a healthy brain
  • Identify the importance of whole food nutrition in boosting cognitive energy and emotional stability
  • List at least three benefits of eating a Mediterranean diet in order to promote brain health
