The On Aging Exhibit Hall & Resource Center experience has been redesigned based on your feedback from On Aging 2022.

  • The Exhibit Hall & Resource Center will house poster sessions, all networking sessions, breakfasts, lunches and receptions, along with fun team-building activities throughout the entire week.
  • Programming will take place in the Exhibit Hall during prime visitation hours to drive engagement at your booth.
  • Exhibit Hall hours have been redesigned to offer your staff opportunities to attend the full conference for their own professional and personal development.

 

Your Exhibit Booth will include:

  • ASA Organizational Membership for one year.
  • New exhibit hours designed to increase engagement.
  • Pricing options that give you control over your priorities.
  • An exhibitor networking reception designed just for you to meet with our board members and ASA RISE Fellows.

7:00–9:00 am | Exhibit Hall & Resource Center open (Breakfast served. Exhibitor and sponsor networking events will be in the Exhibit Hall & Resource Center.)

12:45–3:45 pm | Exhibit Hall & Resource Center open (non-compete hours from 12:45–2:30 pm)

Wednesday, March 29

7:00–9:00 am | Exhibit Hall & Resource Center open (Breakfast served. Exhibitor and sponsor networking events will be in the Exhibit Hall & Resource Center.)

Age-Tech Will Be in Atlanta. You Should Be Too!

We are offering small* age-tech start-ups a special rate of $1,000 that will include all of the following opportunities and benefits:

  • Spotlight in Age-Tech Alley: Showcase your work, products and tech offerings to experts in aging from across the country (valued at $500)
  • One Registration for On Aging 2023,the largest multidisciplinary conference on aging (valued at $500+)
  • Participation in the Age-Tech Challenge in Partnership with Age-Tech Atlanta pre-conference event (valued at $40, learn more below)
  • One year of ASA membership (valued at $250)

*This special opportunity is limited to small age-tech start-ups with annual revenues of $200,000 or less. It is our hope that this opens doors and avenues to new start-ups, growing your network, increasing your visibility and driving forward your success.

Co-Brand one of three ASA Connect Lounges

ASA Connect spaces are laid back, relaxed lounges provided in each of the main zones (Health & Wellbeing, Age-Tech and Equity). These are utilized by attendees to meet, relax, work and network throughout the event. These spaces include charging stations and opportunities to create your own podcast content that you can have available on-demand in that zone. (Limited to 3 sponsors)
