Presenter:
David Hage, PhD, is a gerontologist and licensed clinical social worker. He serves as a member of the faculty at Florida Gulf Coast University’s Social Work Department and Affiliate Faculty at Shady Rest Institute on Positive Aging. Dr. Hage is a 2024 Jewish Healthcare Foundation Feinstein Death & Dying Fellow and has a sustained record of commitment to collaborating with older adults and their caregivers since 2010. He was recognized as the 2025 recipient of the Southern Gerontological Society’s Applied Gerontologist Award.
