How to Reserve Your Exhibit

There are 4 options to choose from when reserving your exhibit booth. These options include:

• Premium Exhibitor Package
• 8-ft x 10-ft Booth
• Age Tech Alley Table Top Exhibit

You will be asked to choose an exhibit hall zone for your booth or booth package. You may choose one of the following options:

• Zone 1: Age Tech
• Zone 2: Health & Well-being
• Zone 3: Equity in Aging
• Zone 4: Consumer Products & Other Services

EDUCATION CENTER PACKAGE
Price: $20,000

Education Centers are featured spaces in our Exhibit Hall & Resource Center that provide attendees with a “one stop shop” to learn about key topics of interest to attendees of On Aging, such as:

• Brain Health
• Economic Equity
• Or your own unique idea or topic!

Educational Center Packages include:

• 16-ft x 20-ft booth in a premium location
• One 30-minute speaking session on one of our Resource Center & Exhibit Hall stages
• 4 all-access conference registrations and unlimited Resource Center & Exhibit Hall only passes for your team

PREMIUM EXHIBITOR PACKAGE
Price: $10,000

The Premium Exhibitor Package includes:

• 8-ft x 20-ft booth in a premium location
• One 30-minute speaking session on one of our Resource Center & Exhibit Hall stages
• 4 all-access conference registrations and unlimited Resource Center & Exhibit Hall only passes for your team
• Opportunity to include (1) conference tote insert

8-ft x 10-ft BOOTH
Premium Booth: $3,750*
Standard Booth: $3,100*

AGE TECH ALLEY TABLE TOP EXHIBIT
Price: $2,000

ASA wants to feature your startup at On Aging 2024. We are offering small Age Tech startups* the special exhibitor rate of $2,000, which includes all the following opportunities and benefits:  

• Spotlight in Age Tech Alley** with one 6-ft table and two chairs located in the Age Tech Zone of the Resource Center & Exhibit Hall
• 1 all-access conference registration
• One year of ASA Organizational Lite Membership (includes ASA membership for 5 members of your team)
• Invitation to special networking events

*Please note the Age Tech Alley Table Top Exhibit and Lite membership is exclusively for organizations with annual revenue totaling less than $1 million dollars. Confirmation of revenue is required.

**Table top exhibit space only. An 8-ft x 10-ft exhibit space is not included.
