By teaming up and working together with you, we can make it much harder for criminals to commit fraud. Participants will learn helpful tips to spot potential fraud of older adults, and how to assist in preventing it.

Participants in this web seminar will be able to:

•    List tips for spotting potential fraud of older adults; 
•    Describe how to assist in preventing fraud; and, 
•    Describe how to block chronic victims with the Interdiction Program.

Presenter:

Jessica Warren is the fraud manager for Western Union. She develops and delivers fraud awareness and educational content by designing strategies for campaigns, social media, website evolution, material production and outreach ventures. She reviews and researches customer experiences to understand their journey and to deliver maximum brand impact. Jessica is a Certified Financial Crime Specialist.
