As never before, COVID-19 starkly demonstrates that health and prevention happen in the community. Organizations with close ties to vulnerable populations, at the neighborhood level, have an opportunity to prove the value of social health interventions to health care partners. This web seminar will explore real-world examples of contracts between community-based organizations and health care entities that are responsive to the current crisis and true to the adaptability of the aging network.

Participants in this web seminar will be able to:

  • Understand the potential motivations of health care entities to contract with community organizations in the face of a global crisis.
  • Describe the adaptation of existing services and partners to marketable social health intervention arrays.”
  • Leverage existing partners and networks to deliver an emergency response and ongoing service to health care partners.”

Presenters:
